70% of learning is through experience. This can be through everyday learning, internal projects, and stretch opportunities during your day to day.
20% of learning is through others. Our people are provided with coaching on a regular basis and are encouraged to seek feedback from colleagues across the organisation to support development.
10% of learning is through education. This could be through our internal learning platform, formal education through sponsored qualifications, and apprenticeships.
