The Facilities team are the face of the building to our employees and clients. We are responsible for the smooth running of FM services within the building on a day-to-day basis. This includes management of the post room and all related postal activities and reception duties.

Our goal is to ensure great customer outcomes. The team design and deliver induction training for new starters and upskill our existing workforce. Additionally, the team manage our digital learning platforms.
