The role of the Cyber Team is to work in partnership with all areas of the company to protect our information systems, employees, and customers against current and emerging cyber security threats.
Responsible for applying group technical strategies through solution development, project initiation, service architecture and service records.
Application Support ensure effective, on-going support for all systems in use by the business. They ensure that the service provided to all users is always optimised.
The Business Intelligence Team provide the tools, data and support for employees to meet their reporting and analytics needs.
The Testing Team are responsible for coordinating and managing the testing for Santander Consumer Finance end to end systems and interface.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation and provision of production IT services within Santander Consumer Finance. Their focus is to ensure that they are delivered in a structured, controlled and efficient manner.
The Business Change Team manage a portfolio of IT projects. They provide business analysis, process expertise and work with various areas of the business to deliver effective changes to Santander Consumer Finance and our dealerships.
