We also have a dedicated Customer Relations team. They are responsible for handling and investigating all complaints in an efficient and thorough manner.

Our New Business department is made up of dedicated teams who carry out reviews of potential customers and businesses, process finance applications and maintain our portfolio of dealer partnerships. Our Dealer Contact Centre team are the friendly voice at the end of the phone, assisting our dealer partners and Sales team. No matter the problem, big or small, our team are sure to find the best possible solution.
