Our Business Change Project Managers are responsible for leading the successful delivery of assigned projects. Working with various teams and technical suppliers, they deliver projects in line with the agreed scope. This may involve setting a framework for the delivery of the tasks and communicating this to the business. They also ensure all components of the project adhere to our Project Governance Framework.
Our Quality Change and Transformation Managers make recommendations on improving our customer journey. They also review our Quality Management Frameworks in line with Consumer Duty and FCA requirements.
