You are entitled to receive a statement of account.

The statement will include

  • A detailed history of your payments
  • Any applicable fees, charges, and any other transactions

Alternatively, under section 77 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, you are entitled to request for a statement of account. This statement will include a summary of all the payments under the agreement as follows:

i.  The total amount you have paid to date;

ii. The total amount that has become due and remains unpaid; and

iii. The total amount that will become due at a future date under the agreement.

The statement will also include

  • A detailed history of these payments
  • Any applicable fees, charges, and any other transactions 
  • A copy of your agreement.
